I was the point of contact to different HSBC teams and offered different solutions. Since my agency has been with HSBC for more than 2 years and used to the regular guideline and practices, the satisfaction could gradually drop. The challenge was to provide fresh ideas and quality design to gain the trust.

PFS Intranet Development - 2009
A new intranet home page and global header were designed for employees to have easy access to Intranet tools and content. There were different navigation style approaches during the design process.
